a. Pre-Project Stage:

If a client cancels the project before any work has commenced, a full refund of the initial deposit will be issued, minus any applicable administrative fees.


b. Development Stage:

If the project has commenced but is not completed, refunds may be issued for the portion of the work not yet completed.
Work already completed and delivered will be non-refundable.


c. Post-Delivery Stage:

Once the project is completed, approved, and delivered, no refunds will be issued unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.


d. Subscription-Based Services:

For monthly or annual subscriptions, refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within the first 7 days of payment.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Delays caused by client-side inaction, unresponsiveness, or incomplete inputs.
  • Change in the client’s requirements after project initiation.
  • Dissatisfaction due to reasons unrelated to the scope of work agreed upon in the contract.
  • Services explicitly marked as “non-refundable.”

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Include a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  3. Attach any relevant documents or evidence to support your claim.

Our team will review your request within 7 business days and respond with the outcome.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • Bank charges, administrative fees, or third-party transaction fees are non-refundable.
